This gorgeous violin once belonged to Mel Tillis which we learned from its previous owner that had aquired it from the Tillis estate. This violin was his supposed favorite and has been cared for lovingly. It is a beautifully crafted violin, with deep flamed two piece back and it has a eloquent tailpiece with a floral inlay. It is in great condition. The tone is quick and warm. A special violin with some history.
