Insurance policy for rental outfits and performance rentals

Insurance is available for all rental outfits and performance rentals and is strongly encouraged. the insurance policy will cover any and all costs related to the maintenance and/or repair of the rental instrument. The insurance policy will not cover expendable items such as cases, bows, rosin, straps, books, tuners, strings, etc. In the event of a total loss of an instrument (fire, theft, lost, etc.) the insurance policy will cover only a certain amount of the replacement cost. In other words, each insurance policy has its own deductible which is explicitly stated and agreed upon at the time the rental contract is created. Furnished proof of loss of the instrument must be given within at least 30 days of loss otherwise the insurance policy will not provide coverage. All repairs done to instruments owned by tulsa strings violin shop must be done in the workshop of tulsa strings. a loaner instrument will not be given during the time that an instrument under the insurance policy is being repaired. insurance payments are due at the same time as each rental payment. Insurance is only valid for exactly one month from the day that the insurance fee was paid. Insurance payments are nonrefundable and cannot be used as credit towards the purchase of an instrument.

The monthly Insurance fees are as follows:

Violin — $5 / month

Viola — $5/ month

Cello — $10/ month

Bass — $20/ month

The deductibles are as follows:

The deductible is equal to three months of rental credit, or one payment cycle.
