Tulsa Strings offers shipping on most items in the continental USA. Please contact us if special shipping arrangements are needed. Instruments are only shipped with a case if listed as an outfit. extra charges may apply for large or bulky cases.  Please note that shipping may take longer or cost more during the holiday season. All sales from tulsa strings are final and we do not accept returns except in the event of a manufacturing error/defect. items being returned must be in unused condition with all of the original packaging. Short term trials are available for certain instruments — please contact the shop for details or sign up for a trial on this website.
